Absolut Äpple is really something new, so it might be a good idea to start out by trying it neat with ice. If you don’t prefer it served some of the ways below!
Spiced Apple Sour
- 5 parts Absolut Äpple
- 3 parts fresh lemon juice
- 3 parts apple juice
- 2 parts simple syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake until cold. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sugar and cinnamon rim.
Absolut Äpple & Ginger Ale
- 1 part Absolut Äpple
- 3 parts ginger ale
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon wheel and an apple wedge.
The Wayfarer
- 5 parts Absolut Äpple
- 3 parts fresh lemon juice
- 2 parts simple syrup
- 2 parts cloudy apple juice
- 1 part egg white
- Cardamon bitters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an apple fan.
